She's come a long way to America whose life has been full of challenges but as she stood herself strong to fight the extreme battles of her life. Molly came into the real estate industry at the toughest time of the Nation's history, September 11. During that time she was working at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Companies. She says, "Like many others, I was laid off, without a job and the Nation in mourning. When I saw in the newspaper a little black and white advertisement that says, "We train loan officers". She went for an interview and the job only pays a commission if you sell, Molly never worked in sales, but as we know she accepted the challenge and made cold calls every day until she got clients who needed her service. The office also had a Re/Max Diversify Property real estate division. One day she received a call from an elderly mother from Thailand that needed Molly's assistance with her daughter's home in pre-foreclosure.

She took on the challenge and found that she loves working with the real estate's practices more than lending, also in which she was excelling in helping families keep their home. With the commissions she received, she hired a real estate attorney to certify her in distressed sales and specialized in pre-foreclosure properties and estate/probate sales. The rest is history as Molly mentions. It has been 16 years since that tumultuous time. Coming from 8 years of the Ritz-Carlton Companies background of exceptional service, I've carried those values throughout my real estate career. I am fortunate to be my own boss and hold a brokerage license. I read everything and learn as much as I could and still learning." Today, Molly works with the world class developers in different continents. She is a project marketer specializing in Luxury Residences and International Golden Visa by investment programs.
