My Values and Passions: My operating principle is very simple; I’m here to facilitate and deliver happiness to my clients worldwide no matter where they want to relocate their family. My team and I aim to please You. Coming from a background of The Ritz-Carlton standards of service of over 8 years, and as a Realtor, I’ve carried that service thru in the past 15 years. But what energizes me, is giving back to those who need the help and mentorship the most, children who would otherwise be homeless and without hope. I’ve been supporting The CCF foundation (Cambodian Children’s Fund)  (www.cambodianchildrensfund.org) since 2014 by ways of sponsorships, my first sponsor was a little girl of 10 years old and an elder in her late 80’s who is the sole survivor of her family from the Cambodian Genocide or Khmer Rouge. And Yes, I am a Khmer Rouge survivor and was very fortunate to be saved by UNICF and the UN, my family and I was given a “Heavenly life” to quote my late father; And brought to America in 1981 as a Refugee. By giving back to my countrymen is what energized me every morning.

My superpower is my constant cheerfulness. Someone once said to me “your name should have been “Constance” instead of Molly” since I’m always cheerful and made others feel belonged.

Facts and figures: I speak the Khmer language. Many years ago, I met HRH Prince Norodom Sirivudh when he was here in California for the Democratic National Convention. We had good conversations on the development of Cambodia and he lauded me for speaking the Khmer language without an accent, even thought I came to the U.S at a very young age.
